If you do not know, the Modena City Ramblers are an Italian group with a distinct Irish flavour.
The unwary could possibly mistake them for the Pogues or some such similar Irish group.
This is one of their Christmas Songs – ‘Canto di Natale’, which is, er, ‘Christmas Song’ in English.
And not half bad, it is. Their appeal must be down to the curious cocktail of English, Irish and Italian blood which courses through my body.
