The Minuet Grand Ball on Mardi Gras takes place on Tuesday February, 17, 2015 – the last night of Venice’s carnival season.
The ball is held on the “piano nobile” of Venice’s Palazzo Ca’ Pesaro Papafava, an 14th Century palace with a canal entrance and gorgeous gothic windows overlooking the enchanting Misericordia canal.
During the gala Shrove Tuesday dinner. Candlelight will illuminate the occasion and classical music will complement its mood in this Venetian palace’s ancient rooms. The Minuet was the favorite dance of European aristocrats.

The masters of dance will introduce guests to the Minuet, Gavotte, and Jigs, and offer instruction in the ballrooms of the ancient palace. Join hands and dance the night away in this elegant Venice palace – a perfect way to end Carnival.
