Italian band Motel Connection has been around since 2000 and is still going strong and is still producing some of the best Italian music you are likely to hear.
From the tracks I’ve heard so far, the band tends to sing in English. This does not appear to have done any harm to the bad, and it’s blend of dance with a touch of funk seems to ‘feel’ better when performed in English, or at least I think so.
