Sponsorship Opportunities on Blog from Italy

Let’s help each other grow!

Would you like to sponsor Blog from Italy?  If so, you can do this in various ways.  Here are some suggestions, and everything is negotiable:

  1. offer a Canon camera body – EOS 40d or 50d, would be great!
  2. offer a Canon 70-200mm lens
  3. offer a Canon 100mm macro lens
  4. offer whatever you think may be useful to this site! (Examples: better hosting package, back up system, technical assistance, use of stock photos…)
  5. offer the use of a car, from time to time – for a weekend, or a week or two.  Preferably an Italian car!  And if it is a sports model, all the better!
  6. offer cash!

An idea of what Blog from Italy can offer you in return:

For items 1 and 2 above for one year:

  • A mention on the sponsors page, with brief details of your business, website, or service, along with a 125 x 125 pixel banner and a link to your site.  And your mention will be within the top five of those listed on the Sponsors page.
  • A post of your choice featured on the home page in the ‘Of Interest’ section of Blog from Italy, and a text link at the base of the article, along with words similar to ‘Post kindly sponsored by:’ within the post of your choice, and four other posts, either past or future.

For item 3 above:

  • A mention on the Sponsors page, with brief details of your business, website, or service, along with a 125 x 125 pixel banner and a link to your site.

For item 4 above:

  • Say what you would like!

For item 5 above:

  • A mention on the sponsors page, with brief details of your business, website, or service, along with a 125 x 125 pixel banner and a link to your site.  And your mention will be within the top five of those listed on this page.
  • A post of your choice featured on the home page in the ‘Of Interest’ section of Blog from Italy, and a text link at the base of the article, along with the words ‘Post kindly sponsored by:’ within the post of your choice, and four other posts, either past or future.
  • An honest and forthright review of the car, with three photos, and mentions of the car whenever it is used in connection with Blog from Italy posts.

For item 6 above:

  • A post of your choice featured on the home page in the ‘Of Interest’ section of Blog from Italy, and a text link at the base of the article, along with the words ‘Post kindly sponsored by:’ within the post of your choice, and four other posts, either past or future.

The biggest single sponsor will be placed at the top of the list on the sponsors page for as long as they remain the biggest sponsor.

Any articles published on behalf of sponsors will be fully SEO optimized, wherever possible.

Other Notes

Those wishing to sponsor articles should note that only four such articles will be published in any single calendar month.

The kinds of sponsors Blog from Italy would prefer:

Companies or individuals offering services or products which relate to Italy.   Sorry, but this means no promotion of:

- sexually explicit materials
- violence
- discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- illegal activities

Some General Conditions

Blog from Italy reserves the right to select sponsors.  In the event that a sponsor requires a formal sponsorship agreement to be drawn up, the sponsor will be responsible for the payment of any and all costs incurred.

The duration of sponsorship periods is to be agreed.

Sponsors may withdraw from sponsoring Blog from Italy at any time, and monies or goods will be returned if so required.  Any monetary contributions will be refunded on a pro rata basis, unless payments have been made monthly, in which case further payments will cease to be necessary at the moment at which sponsorship is withdrawn.

In the event that Blog from Italy website becomes unreachable for more than 12 hours in any six monthly period, then the length of any sponsorship will be extended by an additional 24 hour period.
