Send Italy Chronicles Your Water Cooler and Coffee Machine Photos of Italy

Castellina in Chianti, Italy

Would like to help send more people to Italy? Oddly, more people visit France than Italy. Indeed, over 80 million tourists take trips to France whereas just over 40 million visit Italy annually. I’d like to change that, or at least try, and you can help. Here’s how.

What I’d like you to do is to stick a photograph of somewhere in Italy you have visited or would like to visit near your water cooler or coffee machine.

The photograph you use has to have the location and Italy written on it too. Here’s an example:

Stop reading, start speaking

Stop translating in your head and start speaking Italian for real with the only audio course that prompt you to speak.

Note that the photos must not be of Venice, Florence or Rome because I want us to show off other areas and attractions in Italy.

Once your photo is in place near your water cooler or coffee machine, photograph it, and tweet the photo to me @newsfromitaly or email the photograph to me at: contact at Italychronicles dot com and I’ll publish your photo on Italy Chronicles.

In return for your water cooler or coffee machine Italy photos, the first 100 of you to send photos to me will also get a free 6 month subscription to Italy Chronicles, if you like. Just add “Yes, I’d like a subscription” to your email and I’ll set you up with an account.

Right, over to you! Stick those Italy photos near your water cooler or coffee machine! Let’s help Italy beat France!

P.S. Try to use your own photos just in case others complain about copyright issues in which case, I might have to remove them from Italy Chronicles.

In the southern Italian village of Rosaneto in the Basilicata region of Italy, they have cats, lots of them. Indeed, there are so many of these felines that the residents of Rosaneto didn’t know what to do with them. Until, that was, enterprising local entrepreneur, Franco Latitante, had a bright idea. Why not use cat’s milk to make mozzarella?
