Milan’s Funny Man

Last night I shot a chirpy little flower wielding chappy who sits on a wall across the road from where I live in Milan.

In case you were wondering, I shot the chap with my camera.

The perky little wall dwelling man is actually one of the better examples of Milan’s invasive, and at times, mindless graffiti.   Even if it is not up to Banksy’s level, it’s fun all the same.

Graffiti or art?  You decide.  And the flower the chap is offering to an unseen, and probably taller, apple of his eye, is a wallflower!  Sorry, could not resist.

Why did I shoot this chap at night?  Good question – I was playing with some snoots.  There, bet you wished you’d never asked!  OK, here’s a ‘snooty’ shot of the same little chap – tweaked a little in Photoshop to show the snoot effect to, er, good effect:

what a nice shoot, but you know it is funny and “romantic”. Actually, I am from Saudi Arabia and i am planing to spend the honey moon in Italy and france. So, i will went to rome, venice, verona, sirmione, como, and finally milan. surely i will be unlucky because it is a pass to milan airport to take a plane to paris. But now i consider to spend 2 more days in milan.
