Location:
Buccinasco is a quiet and attractive suburb of Milan down on the south western corner of the city. Click on Buccinasco to see where it is. Buccinasco is primarily a modern residential area and has a wide variety of local amenities including nursery, first, and middle schools. There is no secondary school, but the township is within the catchment area of one of Milan’s better high schools.
There are plenty of shops in the area, including supermarkets, and Buccinasco is only about five minutes drive away from the red metro line which can take you right into the centre of Milan in about 20 minutes. There are also frequent bus services to the city centre.
The area around the house has plenty of greenery and open spaces and is very quiet. Parking is no problem either with two spaces at the house itself and a dedicated parking area right outside the entrance to the private housing estate on which the house is situated.
Buccinasco is also located a short drive away from the Lorenteggio area, where companies such as Vodafone, Pfizer, and other large organisations have their Milanese branches.
Price
The property is offered at a price of €650,000. The price is negotiable unless a prospective buyer wishes to acquire the house and all its furnishings and fittings.
The sale will take place privately, which means that real estate broker/estate agents fees will not be payable. All other expenses relating to the acquisition of property in Italy will be payable.
Viewing
If you wish to view the property, then please use the contact system to express your interest in the first instance. Alex Roe will then contact you to arrange a suitable time and date for a viewing.

Alex – Thanks so much for posting this! Unfortunately for your friend, I can’t afford it, but I really appreciate the peek into an Italian house. That is one massive cooking hood in the kitchen. I’ve started posting pictures of my American kitchen on my blog, if you’re interested.
Thanks again!
We used to live in Cernusco S/N and came across your website reading up on our old home town. Your blog about meeting the President and Rugby in the park made me nostalgic. Enjoy your stay if you are an expat, and enjoy your stay if you are there permanently.
Hi Laura,
Thanks for dropping in! I know Cernusco S/N – I used to cycle there when I lived up in north Milan – it always looked a good place to live – and it has the metro line too.
I am an expat, but am permanent, and have been in Italy for a good few years, and am, generally, enjoying my stay! Glad you liked my ‘Meeting the President’ post
All the best,
Alex
WOW What a lovely pictures you have in here. I love the kitchen because it was my second favorite place in our house, you know why? Because I love love to cook for my family. Great blog you’ve got in here. Keep on posting!

Hi Deirdre,
Glad you like the pictures – my 12-24 lens is very good for internals!
Do you get any Italians buying property in the Philippines?
Best,
Alex
You are welcome! Glad you liked the ‘through the keyhole’ type shots! I like to see what other peoples pads look like too Cara Mia, for reasons unknown! Italian houses are generally fitted out to a very high standard – with the exception of power outlets, which seem to be shoddily mounted and can sometimes be pulled out of walls when trying to remove tight plugs, then there are the light fittings – the switches are not well mounted, and there may be gaps around them, while the light mountings often seem to float off ceilings and are rarely tight up against the ceiling. I’ve had the same problem with lights and it is difficult to get them to sit flush to ceilings, or they drop over time!
Then there are Italian kitchens which are often excellent quality and really compliment their environments – ours is not at all bad, I have to say – even if we have a our kitchen in our living room.
All the best,
Alex
