Glad you liked your Floriovo. It’s a very nice tipple I think, and will become a regular addition to my winter drinks selection.

Adding it to carrots is certainly original. I would have thought Floriovo would have gone very well with sweet dishes, but not really with savoury ones! Still, why not?!

As for keeping it, well, I just keep it in the cupboard which doubles as my drinks cabinet. It seems to be fine there. I’d keep the stuff away from excessive heat, but I’d don’t think I’d keep it in the fridge – unless I’d like to drink it chilled.

I can find no information on the bottle itself, nor a ‘drink by’ date. I guess it should just be treated like marsala wine, but stand to be corrected.

I have just opened my first bottle of Floriovo wine and have enjoyed it. I have also put three table spoon of Floriovo in my carrots that I have served for X-mas and must say it is lovely.
Because of its egg content, I was wondering if I need to store it in the fridge or the wine cabinet?

They do ship wine to the US – but I’m not sure if Floriovo is considered to be a ‘wine’, even if it is wine based.

Thanks for dropping in. Interesting to hear that you had Floriovo but lost it. I would not have thought that a little raw egg soaking in alcohol would have proved to have been much of a health risk – but I’m not a doctor.

If you cannot locate Floriovo in the States, then I suppose you could have it sent in from outside the US – but you may have customs problems.

I wonder if Floriovo can be found in Canada??

I’ll have a hunt around and see where Floriovo may be found.
