Bulletproof Iphone?

I actually managed to hold an Iphone yesterday. One of my lawyer students managed to bring one over from the US, and with the help of Internet sourced hacks, she managed to get it to work in Italy.

Apple's Mythical iPhone

I could not see this marvel of modern technology in action, so to speak, because the battery was dead. Apparently the battery life is nothing special. But what really struck me was the solidity of the thing. It’s no light weight either, but it appears to be very well built and is impressive in this respect.

If you have one of these toys, I would recommend keeping it in a breast pocket because although it may cause you to lean forwards slightly, I’m just about convinced that it would stop a bullet. However, please do not put this theory to the test!

Would I get one? Nope, because I think it is too heavy, but don’t let that put you off, these things look super cool.
