I find it ridiculous, apart from what you already mentioned, I can see public employees unplugging or turning off (or whatever - I am not a tech guru) the machines so people can&#039;t give feedback. And who is going to explain how this all works to 87 year Nonna Pina - and can you just see the little kids that go to the post office with Mommy lining up to push the pretty buttons (my own son pushed every button in site when he was a toddler).
