I have done it several times in both the public bus and with a private driver. That's the way to really see it.While watching the driver in Naples, I found myself wondering how she ever saw so many Vespa or other motorcycle riders with their helmets on. In several trips to Naples, I have never seen this, despite the law.By the way, I love Naples, the Amalfi Coast and Capri too!!
